Sofía Vergara sold Beverly Hills villa for $13.7 million, had listed it for $19.6 million in 2022

Vergara bought the property for $10.6 million in 2014, renovated it with her then-husband Joe Manganiello, and initially listed it for $19.6 million in July 2022. As reported by Architectural Digest, the sale was reported on April 25, 2024, after the couple had reduced the asking price several times. The final price was nearly $6 million below the original listing price, but $3.1 million above the amount Vergara had paid for the home in 2014. The estate covers around 11,000 square feet and has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
