A prominent Russian propagandist has issued a new nuclear war threat against Europe, claiming that it is only the rest of the continent that wants war, before pointing a finger at one nation in particular. Speaking on his state TV show, "Sunday Evening With Vladimir Solovyov", the host, military expert Evgeny Buzhinsky, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Alexander Babakov and Professor Dmitry Evstafiev, discussed current geopolitical tensions with the West and domestic economic concerns.
The discussion began with Solovyov reflecting on the moral state of the world, describing a "terrible schism" between traditional values and what he described as "total Satanism" emerging from the West. He warned that the world is on the brink of nuclear catastrophe, citing that Western leaders do not believe in the threat and are intent on destroying Russia. "There is a phrase that is very precise and correct, it was uttered by our Supreme Commander-in-Chief [Vladimir Putin]: 'Who needs the world if Russia won't be in it?'" Solovyov said. "With what they're currently formulating in the West, they're sincerely certain that their goal is to destroy us."

Solovyov also addressed criticisms that he is "scaring" people with nuclear threats, stating that he is simply echoing figures like Russian political scientist Sergey Karaganov, who warn that Russia will not fight a conventional war if its existence is at stake.
The Putin puppet went on to suggest that only Europe wants war, specifically pointing to German politicians who he claims seek "revenge," before warning that a nuclear conflict would erase the German people from history.
"How many generations of German politicians have been craving the possibility of a rematch?" Solovyov asked. "Do they realise that in this war, the German people, just like many other European people, not only won't end up victorious, but may not even remain part of history, because nuclear war and nuclear weapons can't act in a selective manner."

The discussion also distinguished between what they called Donald Trump's America, which allegedly does not want war with Russia, and the "other America", referring to Democrats or Globalists, that occupies expert platforms and media.
"Turns out that only Europe needs war. America doesn't want this war. Trump's America, not America of the Democrats [...] Trump's America doesn't want this Europe either."

The guests also discussed Russia's military strategy and the economy. While acknowledging that Russia is modernising its fleet, they said it cannot yet compete with the combined NATO fleet in the world's oceans, though it can challenge them locally. Solovyov suggests seizing the yachts of Russian oligarchs hiding in foreign ports and "re-arm" them as "launch pads" for drones and new weapon systems.
Solovyov then criticised Russia's economic leadership's reliance on foreign investment, before Alexander Babakov, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, questioned why Russia, a country with vast resources and competencies, claims to have "no money" while expecting "the Global South" to provide the capital.
