The head of the UN's nuclear watchdog, Rafael Grossi, has issued a key updates on nuclear facilities in Iran following the beginning of Operation Epic Fury. One mariner has died on a Marshall Islands-flagged oil tanker after it was struck by a bomb-carrying drone boat in the Gulf of Oman on Monday, Oman said.
The dead crew member was from India, reports state-run Oman News Agency. The attack occurred off the coast of Muscat, the sultanate’s capital with the vessel being identified as the MKD VYOM. Iran has been threatening vessels approaching the Strait of Hormuz, located at the tip of a peninsula it is situated between Iran and Oman’s Musandam exclave.

Iran is believed to have launched multiple attacks at the war in the Mideast continues after Israel and the US launched an attack against Iran's leadership and military on Saturday morning.
Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was among those killed. "Khamenei, one of the most evil people in History, is dead," President Donald Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.
Initially, Iranian state media denied Khamenei was dead, with the Tasnim and Mehr news agencies saying he was "steadfast and firm in commanding the field".
But it was later confirmed in an address by a tearful presenter, who said the country would enter 40 days of mourning.
The war is now spreading in the Middle East as Israel launched attacks on Hezbollah targets in Lebanon on March 2.

The Lebanese health ministry has claimed at least 31 people were killed and several more were left injured following the attack.
Joseph Aoun, the Lebanese president, denounced the attacks launched from Lebanese territory, as well as the Israeli counterstrikes. "This is something the state will not allow to be repeated, and the Lebanese people - who are still working to this day to heal the wounds caused by previous confrontations - will not accept it," he said on X.
