Rumours regarding Iran's Supreme Leader are still spreading, with the latest suggesting he has been transferred to Moscow for treatment.
Mojtaba Khamenei replaced his father Ali Khamenei who was killed in Israeli-US strikes at the start of the conflict. Mojtaba issued his first statement last week, but the speech was read by a news anchor and he did not appear on camera.
Kuwait newspaper Al-Jarida newspaper had quoted an Iranian source close to the Supreme Leader as saying that Mojtaba had been transferred to Russia for treatment and that he might return as soon as his condition improved.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, however, said in press statements published yesterday, that the Iranian Supreme Leader is "in good health and fully in control of the situation".

U.S. President Donald Trump, speaking to NCB, said "I don’t know if he’s even alive". "So far, nobody’s been able to show him. I’m hearing he’s not alive, and if he is, he should do something very smart for his country, and that’s surrender,” he said.
US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth said Khamenei was “wounded and likely disfigured” on Friday.
In the speech read by the news anchor, Khamenei said: “I assure everyone that we will not refrain from avenging the blood of your martyrs. The retaliation we have in mind is not limited only to the martyrdom of the great leader of the Revolution; rather, every member of the nation who is martyred by the enemy constitutes a separate case in the file of revenge.”
