An influential Iranian official has issued an update on the health conditions of the Supreme Leader of Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei. Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Affairs Minister of Iran, claimed on Sunday: "The Leader of the Revolution is in complete health and is fully managing the situation."
Khamenei, son of the late Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Khamenei killed on the first day of Operation Epic Fury, has yet to make a public appearance since the beginning of the war. In his statement, shared by Iranian state news outlet ISNA on X, Araghchi didn't immediately provide an evidence supporting the health condition of the country's leader.
Addressing the ongoing developments in Iran, he said that Tehran is prepared to form a committee with regional countries to investigate the recent attacks and clarify which targets were struck.
