CNN's chief data analyst, Harry Enten, delivered a fresh blow to Donald Trump following a series of polls about the US President, as the shocking results were unveiled to viewers on Friday. After the news show's host admitted it's "been a tough few days for the President in the polls", Enten revealed: "I would say it's probably the worst 10-day period for the President in the polls his entire second term. The numbers are just atrocious."
He was discussing Trump's net approval rating for November, with the best poll of the group of four placing the US leader 14 points underwater in the Marquette University Law School poll. Fox and Marist's polls both had Trump at -17 points, while Ipsos was at -22, and the AP poll saw him "26 points underwater".

Enten added: "When your best poll has you at 14 points underwater, you know it's truly bad."
When asked what was driving these numbers for Trump, the analyst said he was close to even back in January, but he's now at -43 points from the independent polls.
"If this holds for next year's mid-term election wave, adios amigos, see you later to that House Republican majority," Enten added. "Whatever he is going with independents, it ain't working, they despise him at this point," he noted.
He claimed the results were all linked to inflation, expanding: "It has everything to do with inflation, it's the cost of living, that is the name of the game."
"Our groceries are way down. Everything is way down," Trump claimed earlier this month on November 6. "Groceries are way down, other than beef."
However, according to a new Marquette University Law School poll, 12 per cent of Americans said food shopping prices have gone down in the past six months.
