The superyacht features a stunning vintage-style exterior made completely out of teak.
And equally impressive is the yacht’s stunning interior which is fitted with Italian furnishings.
It began construction in 2020; there are six rooms inside the superyacht which can accommodate up to 12 people.
While there is also accommodation for five crew members in three cabins and a generous captain’s chambers.
At 50 metres long the yacht includes two master cabins and four guest cabins.
Other features include an onboard cinema, outdoor spaces and twin staircases leading to a swim platform with surrounding views.
The superyacht named Afra has a top speed of 18 knots powered by twin 1,678 hp Caterpillar diesel engines.
The yacht is currently on the market – and could be yours for just $8,995,000.
Afra is ready and waiting for collection in Dubai; the wooden vessel has had a million dollar price drop.
Brett Noble, co-founder of Bush & Noble which have currently listed the yacht for sale said: “We are thrilled to have this stunning custom wooden yacht as part of our fleet.
“It truly is a one-of-a-kind yacht that is sure to impress even the most discerning yachting enthusiasts.”
Afra is almost 35 feet across, which is unusually wide for her length.
She was designed and engineered by Henderson Marine International and was reportedly inspired by the dhow design- a predominantly one or two-masted sailing vessel popular throughout Africa and the Middle East for centuries.
Dhows typically sport a long, narrow hull shape with a significant bow arch.
Meanwhile, a Dutch shipyard has unveiled designs for a “futuristic” superyacht that could rival any luxury penthouse apartment.
The 280ft superyacht, called Haven, boasts glass ceilings, layered upper decks and large windows to give the illusion of a grand top-floor suite
Designed by Felix Chapman-Sheath, of CS Yacht Design, the vessel is expected to be sailing the high seas in 2035.
With a tiered wedding cake-style structure, passengers are spread across five decks.
There are six guest cabins, which provide accommodation for up to 12 passengers.
While 25 crew are accommodated across 13 cabins.
Guests may also enjoy a unique ‘Zen garden’ on the main deck, which is completed with skylight at the centre.
The space is situated directly in front of the master suite, separated only by a large sheet of glass.
The master bedroom features an off-centred bed with epic views of the sea.
There is a separate sofa area, desk, as well as a large walk-in wardrobe and dressing area.
In terms of speed, Haven will reach a maximum of 18 knots and will cruise comfortably at 12 knots.
