A woman's body has been discovered stuffed inside a fridge at a restaurant, following her posting a video of herself on a date.

Nyny Jhoanna Montaña Rodríguez had been reported missing by her ex-husband on 23 May after she failed to make contact with him.
Her body was discovered five days later in an advanced stage of decomposition.
On May 28, police found her body in a restaurant fridge. The National Civil Police (PNC) confirmed that she was found inside a refrigerator at an establishment named Terraza.
Local media have reported that Terraza was owned by a man with whom Nyny was romantically involved.

She had recently posted a video of herself dining at a restaurant with a man believed to be her boyfriend.
According to local media, the businesswoman was wearing the same outfit in the video as she was when found in the refrigerator.
The video, which was shared on her social media, has since vanished, as reported by NeedToKnow.

An exact cause of death is yet to be established, but the National Institute of Forensic Sciences is conducting tests.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding her death.
Terraza is located in the Comercial El Dorado shopping centre, in Panajachel, a town in the Guatemalan Highlands.
