Who is Sophie Chandauka, an African lawyer, accusing Prince Harry of 'harassment and bullying'?

Sentebale chairperson Sophie Chandauka said she was asked to defend Meghan Markle from negative publicity.

A Zimbabwean corporate finance lawyer,

Sophie Chandauka

, who heads the African charity that was co-founded by Prince Harry, has accused the royal of "harassment and bullying at scale" after Prince Harry and others involved in the charity quit this week. Chandauka revealed in a TV interview that Prince Harry informed the media first about his decision without informing her in a publicity stunt.
Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho and the board of trustees left the Sentebale and issued a statement that said they resigned from their roles until further notice. Prince Harry said he was in shock after deciding ti quit the charity that he set up to help young people with HIV and SIDS. “Although we may no longer be patrons, we will always be its founders, and we will never forget what this charity is capable of achieving when it is in the right care,” it continued. The decision came after a dispute with Chandauka who was asked to step down but she took legal action to retain her position.
The Sentebale (forget me not in the local language) was founded by Harri and Prince Seeiso in 2006 in honor of Princess Diana.

'This is an example of harassment and bullying at scale'

In an interview with Sky News, Chandauks said the attack that she has been facing since Prince Harry announced his decision to quit the Sentebale is an example of harassment and bullying at scale. “At some point on Tuesday, Prince Harry authorized the release of a damaging piece of news to the outside world without informing me or my country directors, or my executive director,” she said. “And can you imagine what that attack has done for me, on me and the 540 individuals in the Sentebale organizations and their family?” she added. “That is an example of harassment and bullying at scale.”
Sources, however, contradicted the claim and said the resignation letter was sent to the chairwoman on March 10 -- long before the news became public, CNN reported.
Chandauka said Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso “want to force a failure and then come to the rescue” of the organization.

'Can't defend Meghan Markle'

Chandauka said the main risk that the organization was facing was the toxicity of its lead patron Prince Harru's brand. Chandauka was on Senebale's board before becoming the chairperson and said that Sentebale will live on without Prince Harry.
Chandauka said she felt tension with Harry a year ago. Harry's team asked her to defend Meghan Markle from negative publicity. "I said no, we're not setting a precedent by which we become an extension of the Sussex PR machine," Chandauka said.
