The incident marked the third attack on the company's facilities in four days as Kyiv expands its strikes on infrastructure located deep inside Russian territory.The strike on the facility in Vladimir, east of Moscow, disrupted several Yandex services. Russian independent news outlet Astra reported that users across dozens of Russian cities, as well as in Kazakhstan, Belarus and Armenia, were unable to book taxis or access banking services.Russia and Ukraine continue to engage in long-range aerial attacks even as fighting along much of the frontline remains largely deadlocked, more than four and a half years after Moscow launched its full-scale invasion.
