Typhoon Kalmaegi in the Philippines has left dozens dead, according to local officials. While the storm weakened early on November 3 as it made landfall, it still lashed the country with winds of 130 KPH and guests of 180KPH. Heavy rains across the central region resulted in flooding powerful enough to sweep away cars.
