Trump says US has not agreed to Ukraine producing Patriot missiles

President Donald Trump said on ​Friday ‌the ⁠United ‌States had ⁠not agreed to ​Ukraine building ‌Patriot missiles, adding ‌the ​US had "to be very careful about ​letting ​somebody build ​them".
