Donald Trump has sparked new health fears during his Davos speech as viewers claim there appears to be an issue with his voice. Causing health fears surrounding Trump to once again intensify users on X rushed to the platform to address the presidents "slurring and stumbling" as he addressed world leaders. 

Calling Trump "utterly unhinged" one user accused the president of "spouting untruths". "Listening to Trump. He sounds ill, slurring, stumbling and stark staring mad. Rambling, incoherent, spouting untruths, and utterly unhinged", wrote the X user. A second concerned user said "there is something seriously wrong with Trump" adding that he "sounds like he will collapse."

The full tweet read: "There is something seriously wrong with Trump - beyond the usual. Last night we had two hours of incoherence.

"Today he's on autocue, but his voice is wavering and faltering. He sounds ten years older than previously. He sounds like he will collapse at any minute if he lets go of the lectern."

"Trump is delivering a low energy speech to a silent room in Davos", added a third. A fellow X user wrote: "He doesn’t even understand where he is or what he’s there for."

Another called his speech "rambling mendacities". The tweet read: "As Trump was saying in his press conference that America was never more respected, I took a call from a prominent European. He heard Trump's voice and asked if I was listening to the "rambling mendacities" of "the demented leader of the free world." So much for global respect."

The president has constantly and passionately denied any claims that he is in anything but tip-top shape, even releasing the results of a medical exam and MRI test, claiming he had “as good a result as they’ve ever seen.

After a New York Times article looked into his health, Trump posted a furious reply online: “After all of the work I have done with Medical Exams, Cognitive Exams, and everything else, I actually believe it’s seditious, perhaps even treasonous, for The New York Times, and others, to consistently do FAKE reports in order to libel and demean ‘THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

It did not take the president long to take a swipe at Europe, claiming the continent is becoming "unrecognisable" and "not heading in the right direction".

He said: "The places where you come from can do much better by following what we're doing because certain places in Europe are not even recognisable anymore. I love Europe and I want to see Europe go good, but it's not heading in the right direction."
