US President Donald Trump has sparked new health fears after a worrying video was shared online.

On Saturday, Mr Trump appeared to struggle as he descended the stairs of Air Force One before attending UFC 327 in Miami, Florida.

A number of people expressed concerns about the President's physical condition, claiming he looked as though he was struggling to make his way down the stairs.

Some even claimed the President had "swollen ankles."

Journalist Aaron Rupar said: "Check out how swollen Trump's ankles are."

A commenter replied: "On his last legs. Literally."

A third added: "Holy s***. Trump's cankles are enormous. A clear sign he is not well."

Another commenter joked: "How much time has the f***** got left?"

Trump has always denied suffering from any health issues.

President Trump attended the UFC event as Vice-President JD Vance failed to reach a peace agreement with Iran.

Following his meeting with Iranian officials in Islamabad, Pakistan, Vance said: “The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement, and I think that’s bad news for Iran much more than it’s bad news for the United States of America.

“So we go back to the United States, having not come to an agreement. We’ve made very clear what our red lines are.”
