This beach has been home to some of the richest people in the world for several years now.

In Florida’s Palm Beach, 58 billionaires own property, with most residing along South Ocean Boulevard, a renowned street in the exclusive 'Billionaire’s Row' enclave.

From rockstars like Rod Stewart and actors such as Sylvester Stallone to influential businessmen and politicians, including the Kennedys and the newly elected President Donald Trump, Palm Beach attracts an array of high-profile figures.

Standard Oil founder Henry Flagler built the Florida East Coast Railway in the 1890s and the Breakers hotel which was reportedly the largest hotel in the world at the time.

Standard Oil was a major American oil company founded by John D. Rockefeller in 1870 which controlled the majority of the country's oil refining and distribution.

The railroad and new hotels built by Flagler made Palm Beach a winter resort for the wealthy.

The total wealth of Palm Beach's billionaires for 2024 amounts to about £398.5 billion, according to an analysis by the Daily News.

Palm Beach has long been a playground for the rich and famous with Billionaire's Row being filled with waterfront mansions and is a luxury destination renowned for its upscale hotels, scenic golf courses, beachfront resorts, pristine white-sand beaches, and high-end shopping and dining.
