An elaborate 85-level bulding is currently under construction in Dubai. The Safa Two landmark which is being built on Sheikh Zayed Road is a jewel-insipred structure that will stand at a huge 300 metres tall, providing spectacular views of the Dubai Water Canal, Safa Park, and the Arabian Gulf. Safa Two is being developed by DAMAC Properties, following the success of their Safa One project - a residential complex in Dubai's Al Safa area.

This new building will feature luxury apartments, green terrances, beach-style pools and sensory relaxation areas. The rooftop will boast an indoor fog forest, skyline observatory, and vast terrances with panoramic views of Dubai. However, the gem of the building is the floating infinity pool which will soar high above the luxurious city, on the 60th floor. Dubai's 200-metre Palm Tower, is already home to the world's current highest skypool, which sits on its 50th floor.

Experiencing the Dubai's best views can be taken a step further, with the tower's Glass Slide which will take residents on an "exhilarating experience" as they get the chance to see the city through the transparent tunnel.

Safa Two will house innovative living spaces of one, two, and three-breedroom apartments as well as lavish penthouses. Residents will have unqiue elements in their homes including moveable walls, to allow them to live flexibly and alter their surroundings however they desire to.

Construction is expected to be completed by 2027 and according to concreteconnect.co.uk, the entire construction cost of the building is estimated to be a whopping £687 million. However, the developpers have stated that the incredible building " caters to those seeking a premium lifestyle in one of Dubai’s most desirable locations."

Mohammed Tahaineh, General Manager of Projects at DAMAC said: "From the beginning, staying true to the promise we make our customers has been paramount.

"Key to that promise is meticulously following our projected construction timeline for Safa Two, while ensuring we use the best practices across processes, techniques and materials alike. I am pleased with the progress being made by our team, and look forward to welcoming the first residents to Safa Two in a few years."

As well as direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai's main highways, Safa Two will also be close to several key areas in the city including Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Jumeriah, making the properties ideal for those who value "convenice, connectivity, and proximity to the vibrant city life".
