At the far end of the beach, a small lagoon forms, marked by a distinctive double sandy entrance, which acts as a mini-canal guiding boats toward the nearby harbor. This unique landscape has earned Glarokavos the nickname "Blue Lagoon of Halkidiki."

A fourth user said: “This is one of the best beaches in the area. A little pricy but worth every penny. On a packed out day it is a little over crowded so worth getting there early for the weekends.”
