Tadej Pogacar is in the history books once again. The 26-year-old became the fourth-youngest rider to secure his 100th career win as he outsprinted Mathieu van der Poel and Jonas Vingegaard in stage 4 of the Tour de France. Van der Poel retained the leader’s yellow jersey ahead of Wednesday's time trial.

Chelsea advanced to the Club World Cup final with a 2–0 win over Fluminense. João Pedro scored twice against his former club. PSG and Real Madrid are set to face off on Wednesday, with the winners taking on Chelsea in Sunday’s final in New York.

In women’s football, Sweden and Germany have secured their spots in the quarter-finals of the Euro 2025. After suffering their second defeats in two matches, Denmark and Poland have been eliminated.

At Wimbledon, reigning champion Carlos Alcaraz cruised into the semi-finals with a straight-sets win over Cameron Norrie. He will face world No. 5 Taylor Fritz on Friday for a spot in the final.
