The online star, who spent over £380k on plastic surgery, fell from Patong Tower, according to Phuket News.
Cops said the Mexican-Canadian model’s body was found by hotel staff in the parking lot just after 1:30pm local time.
Mary’s corpse was transferred from Patong Hospital to Vachira Phuket Hospital so coroners can probe her exact cause of death.
Her shocking death came just hours after she mysteriously posted the closing scene from the film The Truman Show alongside a childhood picture of herself on social media, the Daily Mail reported.
In the scene, Jim Carrey‘s character Truman Burbank takes a bow before saying: “And in case I don’t see ya, good afternoon, good evening and good night.”
The beloved star also changed one of her Instagram account’s username to “MaryMagdaleneDied”.
Heartbreaking tributes have poured in for the late social media icon.
Rapper Kreayshawn, RuPaul‘s Drag Race star Plane Jane and influencer Eden the Doll are among several stars who have all paid their respects.
Tattoo-loving Mary’s brother Ivan also made an emotional tribute to his sister on Thursday.
Alongside an image of himself and Mary eating lunch in Mexico, Ivan wrote: “I wish I’d spent more getting to know you.”
He said: “You are so funny and so creative, way more than I’ll ever be. I love you much more than words will ever say.
“You are my world. I wish things were different. Thank you for everything I love you sis.”
Mary racked up nearly half a million followers online thanks to her catalogue of extreme plastic surgeries.
But the influencer wasn’t just known for her looks, she was also a respected artist.
She gained a cult following with her trippy psychedelic paintings, sculptures and self-portraits.
Mary claimed she was raised in a strict religious household – where even Disney films were banned.
When she was 12, she said she rebelled and soon became involved in sex and drugs as she pushed back against her upbringing.
By 17, Mary worked as a stripper and later started escorting.
She had her first cosmetic procedure aged 21, before completely transforming her look over the years.
Mary went viral online with her plastic surgeries, and later went on to monetise her content on OnlyFans.
She had also covered her body in tattoos, including a widespread black-out inking.
The star had been forced to get surgery in several countries because she had been unable to have extreme ops in the United States.
She previously said: “The most unusual operation I had was on my vagina.
“I custom designed it, so I have the fattest in the world. I almost died during (the) procedure. I had to get two blood transfusions.
“The doctor said I was losing so much blood, and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die.”

She had also sparked controversy after getting her eyeball tattooed with a dramatic neon green colour.
Excess yellow ink later began leaking and “clumped” in the corner of her eye – staining the surrounding skin as it did so.
In 2023, one of her 38J breast implants burst – leaving her her one “uniboob”.
Worried fans begged her to stop going under the knife as a result of the ordeal.
