Spain hit by ANOTHER major blackout as tens of thousands left without power in hols hotspot Canary Islands

ANOTHER blackout has hit Spain just days after a massive nationwide power cut hit the country.

The new blackout has hit the holiday hotspot of the Canary Islands.

Tens of thousands across several towns and cities in the north of La Palma island lost electricity today, according to the local council.

The island was not affected by the massive blackout that hit most of Spain and Portugal on April 28.
