The nearly 11,500-square-foot estate was once owned by rock musician Tom Petty and later became the filming location for the first three seasons of Gomez’s cooking series, ‘Selena + Chef.’As reported by Realtor, the singer sold the six-bedroom property on September 8, 2026, after listing it in May for nearly $6.5 million. The final sale price was about $1.1 million below the original asking price.
