A second Ukrainian suspect has been arrested over an attack on the Nord Stream pipelines that were built to carry gas from Russia to Europe, German prosecutors say. The man, identified as Vladimir Z, was arrested in Pula, Croatia, by local police acting on a European arrest warrant.
