Russian state media predicts any further coinflict bween Israel and Iran will be the 'final one' after Tehran claimed it possesses 'new generation missiles' against which the Jewish state is 'defenceless'.

An anonymous source close confirmed to RT, formerly Russia Today, that Iran detected weaknesses in Benjamin Netanyahu's 'Iron Dome' defence in their recent 12-day conflict.

Both Middle Eastern nations traded airstrikes after Israel launched a preemptive attack, claiming that its geopolitical rival was close to producing nuclear arms, which Iran denied.

Casualty estimates range from between 600-1,000 for Iran and around 30 deaths for Israel, according to sources including the US-based Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRANA), the Iranian Health Ministry and its Israeli counterpart.

United States President Donald Trump authorised Operation Midnight Hammer in which the United States Air Force and Navy attacked Iranian nuclear facilities in Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan, using its 'bunker buster' bombs on Fordow.

Trump later brokered a peace deal, alongside Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, before telling reporters on the White House lawn "We have two countries that have been fighting for so long and so hard that they don't know what the **** they're doing."

The ceasefire has been upheld by both parties, though Tehran sources claim any upcoming conflict will be the "last" for Israel, after detecting weaknesses in Benjamin Netanyahu's defences.

RT reported: "An 'informed source in Tehran' reached out to RT on Monday, saying that 'Iran will make the next war with Israel its last war'.

"The unnamed person stated that during the latest escalation with the Jewish state, Iran had 'found the [Israeli] regime’s weak point'."

The source reportedly stated that the Islamic Republic still has "tens of thousands” of “new generation missiles,” and would “fire at least hundreds of missiles at Israel daily,” if tensions were to escalate once more.

The validity of these claims is unknown and follows reports from experts that Iran's missile supply was depleted via Israeli airstrikes owing to the reduced number of rockets being fired by Iran.

The initial days of the war saw Iran fire more than 200 missiles but this number gradually decreased as the war continued. RT adds that the source alleges Iranian authorities have "unprecedented social support" from Iranians to use a “historic opportunity to permanently neutralise the Israeli regime’s threat.”

Israel has continued its war efforts in Gaza amidst the 12-day conflict with Iran, following an 11-week aid blockade, and has also killed more than an estimated 600 men, women and children waiting for food at aid distribution sites operated by the Israeli and US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), per the Gaza Strip’s Ministry of Health.

Neither Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei nor Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has completely ruled out further military action against the other.

Meanwhile, President Trump has threatened Iran with further strikes if Washington discovers that it is continuing to develop its nuclear program.
