Vladimir Tkachuk, 35, chief executive of Uraldronzavod, was seriously injured when an explosive device detonated beneath his Mercedes-Benz in the settlement of Bolshoy Istok, just outside the city in Sverdlovsk region.Local reports said the blast left him in a critical condition, with doctors battling to save him.
