A Russian propagandist has launched a blistering tirade calling on Moscow to strike eight European countries, vowing to unleash “chaos” against any nation that attacks Russia. Issuing a stark threat to Ukraine and the west, Pro-Kremlin TV host, Vladimir Solovyov, said in a lengthy speech that Russia should expand their strikes “against targets not only in Kyiv”.
Notorious for his inflammatory rhetoric, delivered nightly on state-aligned broadcaster Rossiya-1, the close ally to Vladimir Putin gave exact details on when and where he believes Moscow should unleash its strikes. Promising to “act in an extremely harsh and cruel way."

He said the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, which was shelled by Russian forces last night, should be erased “off the face of the earth”. Small parts of the second-largest city in Ukraine are under Russian occupation.
Solovyov said: “In my opinion there should be strikes against targets not only in Kyiv. Moreover, in my humble opinion, we should strike during the daytime against the centres of political decision-making, against the places where terrorists are entrenched, those responsible for the killing of Russian people.
“That’s why I think we should act in an extremely harsh and cruel way.
“To stop the strikes in Belgorod we should give the residents of Kharkiv several days to leave the city and erase the city off the face of the earth.”
Alongside Ukraine, Vladimir Solovyov questioned why Russia was not sinking British, Scandinavian (Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish), German, and French ships.

He then proceeded to promise to “wage war” and unleash “chaos” on countries that attack Russia.
Solovyov said: “Why are the cables serving the interests of NATO countries? Why are they yet to be destroyed? What stands in their way?
“Why are the ships acting in the interests of Britain, Scandinavia, Germany and France? Why are they not sinking?
“If we’re going to wage war, let's wage war. If you want chaos, you will get chaos. This is simply a political decision but we can’t leave a single strike without retaliation.”
The propagandist appeared to refer to the UK's coordinated efforts with European allies to block Russian shadow fleet ships.
In late March, Defence Secretary John Healey said the UK was now "ready to act" to board and detain ships part of the so-called Russian shadow fleet should they trespass into British waters.
