Ukraine's army launched a massive overnight bombardment of Russia on Wednesday, as it continued its attacks on vital energy infrastructure in the country. Kyiv has stepped up its aerial assaults in recent months, as it attempts to disrupt Vladimir Putin's war machine.
As art of the carefully calibrated campaign, oil depots and military-industrial sites have been repeatedly hit, causing extensive damage. In the latest incident, a massive fire ripped through a petrochemical plant in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan. The blaze broke out at one of the production units of the Nizhnekamskneftekhim enterprise.
The Ukrainian General Staff has announced launches of Flamingo missiles and Bars and Lyutyy drones, which struck several key targets of russian terrorists.

Video images show the facility engulfed in flames, with thick black smoke pouring out from the site.
There have been no confirmed reports of any casualties as a result of the blaze. The facility is located more than 1,000 kilometres from the Ukrainian border.
Kyiv's army confirmed it had attacked several targets in both occupied Ukraine and inside Russia.
An oil depot near Berdiansk in occupied Zaporizhzhia region was hit, as were a number of Russian forward command posts.
Additionally, Crimea came under sustained bombardment, where an oil terminal in Feodosiya and the Kirovskw airfield were targeted.
Ukraine's General Staff said the strikes were part of a campaign to degrade the logistical and offensive capabilities of Russian forces.
Both Flamingo missiles and drones were used in the attacks, military officials said.
The Flamingo is a big beast, boasting a six-metre wingspan and weighing in at six tonnes. It packs a mighty punch, armed with a one tonne warhead and has the capability to raze buildings to the ground.
The weapon has a range of up to 3,000km, enabling it to strike anywhere in central Russia and reaching Moscow or St Petersburg, or even some distance into Siberia.
