VLADIMIR Putin has vowed to massively increase his chilling arsenal of Oreshnik missiles as he continues to blitz his way through Ukraine.
Russia's tyrant gleefully boasted about his new hypersonic war toy in his latest rambling speech as he vowed to crush his enemies and directly threatened Volodymyr Zelensky.
Kremlin forces mounted a 90-missile strong blitz overnight in revenge for Kyiv's use of Western long-range weapons inside Russia.
The attack targeted the country's energy infrastructure through cruise missiles and kamikaze drones - as civilians hid in bomb shelters.
Almost a million people throughout the country were left without power in the overnight blitz, the government said.
The attack took place under Putin's orders despite the despot being in Kazakhstan for the summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
The ageing 72-year-old took to the stage today as he spoke about his rampant war on Ukraine and the latest developments.
He called out Nato nations for aiding Ukraine as he reiterated his stance on them now being directly involved in the conflict.
Kyiv launched US ATACMS missiles against Putin's territory on November 11 - and British Storm Shadow rockets just two days later.
The move angered the Kremlin who swiftly responded by launching a powerful new weapon on Ukraine known as the Oreshnik missile.
Putin told the CSTO audience that he was forced to use the hypersonic firing system to push back on Nato allies.
He also lauded the weapon as unbeatable saying nothing in any other military's arsenal compares.

It travels at Mach 10 and is capable of reaching heats as high of 4,000 degrees, the mad dictator said.
When he launched the first ever Oreshnik on Dnipro last week Putin made it clear that was only a test - saying Russia will add explosives if threatened further.
He said: "Everything that is located in the epicentre of the explosion is divided into fractions, into elementary particles, in fact, into dust.
“The power of this blow will be comparable with the use of nuclear weapons.”
Putin added Russia also boasts several of the devastating weapons which are ready to be fired as well as a whole host of other deadly equipment.
In a chilling declaration he promised that however quickly Nato plans to arm Ukraine, Russia still has "ten times more" systems in place.
Production of the new and existing missile systems will also continue to rise under Putin by another 30 per cent, Putin said.
His speech in the Kazak capital of Astana came hours after officials across Ukraine reported explosions across the country.
"Energy infrastructure is once again targeted by the enemy's massive strike," Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko wrote on Facebook.
Embattled Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky’s chief of staff said the attack showed Russia is "continuing their tactics of terror".
Tyrant Putin confirmed the attack and said his forces were targeting Ukraine because of their use of US ATACMS and UK Storm Shadow missiles last week.
He claimed to have struck 17 military sites in the "comprehensive strike" on Ukrainian territory.
Putin also threatened Zelensky, snarling: "At present, the Ministry of Defence and the General Staff are selecting targets to hit on Ukrainian territory.
"These could be military facilities, defence and industrial enterprises, or decision-making centres in Kyiv."
American ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink said she woke up on Thanksgiving morning in Kyiv to "see the whole country is red from the threat of missiles".
Her post on X came above a stark map showing all of Ukraine filled in red - representing areas under Russian attack.
Russia has aimed countless attacks against the country's energy infrastructure before, crippling key systems during the brutal winter months.
The United Nations warned that Russia's strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure could make this winter the "harshest since the start of the war".
Blasts reportedly rang out in capital Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lutsk, Mykolaiv and Rivne.
Local officials also reported strikes in Sumy, Lviv, and Vinnytsia.
Some 260,000 people in the city of Zhytomyr were left with no running water, the local water supply company said.
Meanwhile the major region of Kherson was another area left with no electricity.
Zelensky had a call with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer after the attack - to discuss Russia's "aerial terror".
Putin's forces used "more than 90 missiles and almost 100 drones" according to a statement from Zelensky's office.
A week ago the first "Oreshnik" ballistic rocket was unleashed on the city of Dnipro - with chilling footage capturing warheads raining down from the sky.
The attack, Putin said at the time, was also in response to Ukraine firing western long-range missiles into Russia the week before.
And Putin soon said military targets in the US and UK were also high on his hit list.
