Two British tourists have allegedly been beaten up and left unconscious in a reported attack during a holiday in Spain. Local police are believed to have arrested two people but are conducting searches for others involved in the alleged incident.

The ordeal reportedly happened in the party hotspot of Magaluf on the island of Mallorca. The resort was widely in the news over previous years due to a number of incidents including fights and anti-social behaviour, but in the last two holiday seasons, Magaluf has managed to change its image to a more friendly atmosphere. Police have yet to update the information on the two injured Brits.
