The six-bedroom property, which covers 6,600 square feet, was listed for $4.25 million in June. It is now being offered for $3.9 million, according to the property listing, as reported by New York Post.The house is located on Olive Creek Court in the gated Prado community in Las Vegas. The property has six en-suite bedrooms, a detached casita, a multigenerational suite and a backyard designed for entertaining. The listing is being handled by Kathryn Winterton of Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty.The backyard includes a pool and covered outdoor entertaining space.
