Do you remember that scene in The Devil Wears Prada where Miranda Priestly demands a private jet from Miami to New York in the middle of a hurricane? Olivia Ferney could probably make that happen, along with a million other seemingly insurmountable tasks. The 25-year-old Canadian luxury-travel specialist and chief marketing officer at the agency Top Tier Travel has made a career of granting the impossible wishes of the ultra-wealthy while they vacation, such as shipping spring water to a client in the Caribbean (the local tap water apparently made her scalp itch) and ordering the world’s largest croissant for another jet-setting client. Ferney, who is based in Miami, later reenacts these requests on Instagram and TikTok, where she has a combined following of roughly 2 million. In 2025, Ferney was profiled by the New York Times, and this year announced that production company Fifth Season (Severance, Nine Perfect Strangers) is developing a scripted series based on her high-end concierge work.
