Tens of thousands of people are still trapped in Sudan's El-Fasher five days after the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) seized the city. Fleeing survivors said on Saturday that paramilitary fighters separated families and killed children in front of their parents, and fresh satellite images suggested mass killings were likely ongoing. Professor of International Politics and Fellow of King's College at Camrbidge, Sharath Srinivasan, gives his insights.
