A BRITISH mum-of-three allegedly stabbed to death by her estranged husband had reported him to police just three months ago for assaulting and threatening to kill her.
Victoria Hart, 33, was stabbed to death at her family home in Alhaurín el Grande, near Marbella, on Saturday.

Juan Antonio Rueda, 37, was remanded in prison this afternoon by a Spanish judge following his first court appearance for the horror attack.
The former semi-professional footballer handed himself in to a nearby prison following the stabbing and reportedly confessed to cops: “Arrest me, I’ve done something very bad.”
Today court officials confirmed Rueda had been handed a four-month suspended prison sentence last month for breaching a restraining order three times in just over a fortnight in November 2025.
He was handed the restraining order for allegedly kicking and threatening to kill Victoria two months earlier.
He has yet to be tried for the assault and death threats, officials said.
At the time, Victoria told the judge Rueda had picked up an iron and yelled at her: “I feel like grabbing you and killing you.”
She also accused him of slapping her round the face and threatening to commit suicide or murder her if she insisted on a divorce.
In a further shocking revelation, the court said Rueda was served a previous restraining order after being convicted of threatening her in March 2024.
Victoria then gave him a second chance and the couple moved back in together until October last year.
Angry locals shouted ‘Asesino’ – Spanish for ‘Killer’ – as Rueda was driven away from the courthouse in Coin near Alhaurin el Grande this afternoon.
He refused to testify and demanded to be examined by a doctor.
As well as remanding him to the same prison in Alhaurin de la Torre, the investigating judge banned him from communicating with his 11-year-old son and two twin girls.
It comes after a friend of Victoria revealed she had fitted cameras and changed locks in her home to try and keep her ex away.
Hull-born expat Elaine Mawer, 69, said: “Victoria did everything in her power to do everything right with the authorities but the system let her down.
“She changed the locks, she got cameras fitted, you name it, she did everything she could.”
Tragically, she revealed that the last time she spoke to the murdered hairdresser, Victoria was waiting for an electronic tag to arrive for the suspect.
Chilling details of Victoria’s stabbing have emerged from the authorities.
Emergency services were alerted at around 11.40am, according to Spanish newspaper SUR.
Her eldest child – an 11-year-old boy – raised the alarm by pressing a panic button in the house.
The youngster is also said to have phoned his grandmother after his mother was attacked.
It is unclear whether Victoria’s twin daughters, aged seven, witnessed the horrors unfold.
Paramedics attended the scene but were unable to save her after she suffered multiple stab wounds.
A kitchen knife was recovered from the scene and seized by investigators.
According to local paper Malaga Hoy, the suspect told prison workers three children were inside the house where the murder took place, adding: “I lost my mind”
Rudea, who is from Alhaurin el Grande, is better known by his nickname Juanillo.
Neighbours said that Victoria’s closest friends and family were “aware of what was going on”, reported El Mundo.
The Spanish newspaper said Juan was seen at a bakery near his father’s chicken rotisserie business on the day of the killing.
Concerned staff asked him how he was feeling as he “seemed serious”, and he replied: “I’m so-so.”
Victoria was attacked just an hour later.
A GoFundMe appeal – which has already raised £42,000 – was launched “to provide some stability” for Victoria’s three children.
