Ukraine and Saudi Arabia signed an “agreement” on defence cooperation that lays the foundation for future contracts and technological cooperation, President Volodymyr Zelensky said Friday during a visit to the oil-rich Gulf nation that has come under attack since the February 28 launch of the war in Iran.
