Israel said on Friday it had dismantled 4,300 Hezbollah sites since fighting with the militant group began last month, while Lebanon's health ministry reports that at least 1,888 people have been killed in the country. • Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu approved plans for Israel and Lebanon to hold peace talks in Washington next week which will be overseen by US Vice President JD Vance, envoy Steve Witkoff, and President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner.
• Despite the ceasefire, Israel's military claimed that Hezbollah had launched a missile at Israel, triggering air raid sirens in parts of the country, including in Tel Aviv.
• Trump warned Iran against charging fees for passage through the Strait of Hormuz, and said on social media that oil would flow "with or without" Iran's help.
