Mexican influencer Cesar Gastelum shot dead during livestream

A Mexican social media influencer named Cesar Gastelum was shot dead Tuesday while on a livestream with a group of friends outside a restaurant in the city of Culiacan in northwestern Mexico, local authorities said.
