A list ranking of the top 30 countries with the most beautiful people has sparked a debate online, with the UK outranking Germany, Greece and Switzerland.

The list was put together by Epic Maps and shared with their 1 million followers on X.

It named Brazil as the top country for beauty, followed by Ukraine and Venezuela.

The UK claimed the 13th spot on the list, ahead of Germany in 28th place and Greece in 23rd.

France (12th), India (15th), and Nigeria (16th) also featured in the middle of the ranking.

The list is based on a mix of data, including results from international beauty pageants like Miss Universe and Miss World, global surveys, cultural and media representation and public opinion.

Epic Maps said that beauty is subjective and varies by culture, but the list was meant as a general observation based on global perspectives.

Nonetheless, the list has sparked a flurry of comments online, with some users questioning the rankings.

One user said: “No way the UK is ahead of Argentina.” Another questioned: “Mexico ahead of Argentina? Haiti ahead of Greece? Honduras ahead of Switzerland?”
