 Russian drone and missile attacks on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv killed at least two people in the early hours of Saturday, local officials said. The attacks came just before a second round of peace negotiations was set to begin in the United States this weekend. Follow FRANCE 24's liveblog for the latest updates.

  • Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that that his chief of staff, Andriy Yermak, has submitted his resignation amid a corruption scandal.
