At least 60 people, of which more than half are children, have been killed in fresh Israeli strikes on Gaza, local hospital officials said Wednesday. Despite the many dead, US President Donald Trump said “nothing’s going to jeapordise” the truce between Israel and Hamas, saying the deadly strikes were launched after the killing of an Israeli soldier “so the Israelis hit back.
