A YOUNG couple about to be engaged have been shot dead outside of a Jewish museum in Washington DC.
The victims have been identified as two Israeli embassy workers after a gunman was heard chanting "Free Palestine" before carrying out the attack.
US President Donald Trump took to Truth Social shortly after the shooting to pay his respects to the couple.
He said: "These horrible D.C. killings, based obviously on antisemitism, must end, NOW!
"Hatred and Radicalism have no place in the USA.
"Condolences to the families of the victims. So sad that such things as this can happen! God Bless You ALL!"
