A vlogger who aims to provide "objective" travel advice to his legions of followers has named his favourite countries after visiting more than 80. In an exclusive chat, Mark Wolters, the face behind the hugely popular YouTube channel Wolters World, opened up about what drives him to produce his "honest" travel videos.
Mark, who's visited a staggering number of countries, hails from the small town of Quincy, Illinois, in the United States. He suggested that his efforts boil down to a desire to help his fellow travellers. Mark explained that he'd noticed many "misleading" blogs and videos and felt it "wasn't right" that families could "waste their hard earned vacation time". He's often seen giving tips to his legion of fans and recently shared the five least favourite countries he has visited. When asked to narrow down his massive list of destinations to a single best-loved country, Mark opted to name the nations he likes by continent, starting with South America.
Brazil
Mark said: "I kind of like to go by continent. My favorite place to visit in South America is Brazil. I lived there and have family there and it is just such a wonderful place with the food, the nature, and the crazy fun times you can have there.”
Brazil is the largest country in South America and one of the planet’s biggest democracies. Its varied landscape includes its famous forests, including the Amazon, the largest jungle in the world.
Synonymous with world-class football (being the home of Pelé), the country is home to a vast array of wildlife, including a whopping 600 mammal species. Rio de Janeiro (pictured above) is one of its most popular tourist destinations.

France
Mark said: "In Europe, it is a toss up between France and Italy. They both have great food and if you speak a bit of the local language you can make so many friends there. So I can never pass up going to either of them."
Renowned for its food and fashion, France is a major player on the world stage and also a member of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organisation). Situated in Western Europe, it borders Germany, Belgium, Italy and Spain.
Home to iconic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre Museum, and the Arc de Triomphe, France is a European cultural capital and a massively popular tourist destination.

Italy
A major tourist draw and one of Mark's favourites, Italy is another nation renowned for its cuisine and culture. Indeed, many of the most recognisable names in the world of art hail from Italy, including Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo and Caravaggio.
The Southern European nation is also home to some of the world's most well-known landmarks, such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Roman Forum. Yet, outside the capital Rome, tourists are drawn to other notable places like the breathtaking cities of Venice and Florence.

Rwanda
Mark said: "In Africa we love visiting Rwanda. It was such an incredible adventure when we visited the first time. We fell in love with it.”
Rwanda is a landlocked nation in the East of Africa that borders Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is a small but densely populated country referred to as the “land of a thousand hills”.
Mostly populated by the Hutu and Tutsi ethnic groups, Rwanda is home to rainforests, majestic mountains, and even volcanoes, as well as the endangered mountain gorilla.
