A HOMEOWNER has told how he bought a house that came with a garage and shed for just £12,000.
The man, who didn't give his name, revealed his new home in an abandoned Portuguese town needed a lick of paint but came with rooms filled with random treasures.
As Jasper the YouTuber walks in, he is met with some tools that have been left over by the previous owners as well as masses of cobwebs that are sprawled over the ceiling.
The first thing he says about the property is that all the rooms are small, with the doorframes being so tiny they just about reach Jasper's eyebrows.
Some of the window shutters and ceilings are painted a duck-egg blue colour with one room sporting incredible tiled flooring that any interior enthusiast would love.
But while certain aspects of the design stand out, there appears to be more wrong than right with the property.
Curtains are captured barely hanging on, while holes are visible in the wooden ceilings and some of the flooring.
The little bargain home consists of a corridor and five small rooms.
But despite Jasper's desperate searches, there is no bathroom at all.
Going outside the property, the garden is visibly "overgrown" as the greenery has been left untouched.
While the body of the house didn't look promising - nor the garden - when the YouTuber unlocked the garage he found some true treasures.
Walking in, the ceiling is seen practically falling down, but the wall is adorned with useful tools and even a hat - as if it had never been sold in the first place.

Jasper said: "It looks like somebody was still expecting to come back here. Wow."
Various machinery, old and new, was left in the property - including an electric screwdriver and even a tap.
It also looks to be completely frozen in time, with an old-fashioned brown TV sat on a stand and a single bed with a dust sheet over it in the corner.
When venturing back outside, the out-of-control garden hits Jasper once again, describing it as "completely overgrown" and believing "it was for a donkey".
After the tour, Jasper sits and reflects on the house.
He explained how it needed a "nice lick of paint" - as well as electricity and taps for running water.
But these weren't the only key problems - the YouTuber also said he needed to look into getting a toilet and shower area for the house.
Jasper finished the video by reiterating how grateful he is to do the renovation and make it a lovely addition to the village.
