The horrifying impact sends the plane rear-ending the Toyota, bouncing up onto its roof and then slamming down beside it in a spray of sparks.
The pilot claimed they had experienced problems with the jet’s engine moments before the shocking smash.
The accident happened on Florida’s I-95, one of the state’s busiest roads, around 5.45 p.m. Monday, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
A 57-year-old woman behind the wheel of the Camry was rushed to a local hospital, but astonishingly escaped with only minor injuries, FHP officials said.

Meanwhile, the 27-year-old pilot from Orlando and his 27-year-old passenger from Temple Terrace reportedly walked away without a scratch.
Both men, who have not yet been identified, stayed at the scene as troopers investigated the surreal collision.
Witness Jim Coffey told Spectrum News: “We just saw this plane drop out of the sky.”
The plane missed Coffey’s own car by mere seconds, he said, soaring over his vehicle before smashing into the one ahead.
His son, Peter, added: “I noticed it was there, because there’s a plane right there, I was like, ‘Hopefully it lands to the side.’
“I thought it might maybe aim around and not hit the car, but bam, the wheel just smacked right on the back of the car.
“Fortunately, the car didn’t roll, it kind of mashed and went to the side,” Jim said.
Additional photos and video of the wreck’s aftermath show the mangled car and the plane, which appeared to have had its nose and wheel torn off.
The Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the emergency landing incident.
The FHP will likewise conduct a crash investigation.
The stunning crash occurred just hours after another similar ordeal in Florida.
Another small plane made an emergency landing at the intersection of Plymouth Avenue and Jacobs Road on Monday afternoon.
The collision, which unfolded near DeLand High School at around 2pm, left two people hospitalised, cops said.
One of them was taken by helicopter while the other was transported by ambulance.
Pictures showed skid marks left behind by the plane and dirt thrown across the road.
The plane was also seen resting on its side as one of its doors remained open in front of police attending the wreckage.
