Houra Inaba was in the city of Nagoya with a friend at around 1am on July 19 when the horror unfolded.The man, identified as 29-year-old Shinsei Taguchi, plunged from the building and struck Ms Inaba below. Both were rushed to hospital, but despite doctors' efforts, Ms Inaba died a few hours later.
