Heartbroken parents have released harrowing classroom CCTV footage of their nine-year-old daughter shortly before she fell to her death from a school building. The tragic Class 4 pupil allegedly plunged from a floor of her school in Jaipur, Rajasthan, northwestern India, on November 1, 2025.

She was rushed to a nearby hospital but was tragically declared dead on arrival. Now, her grieving parents have shared viral video clips from inside her classroom, claiming they prove their little girl was subjected to relentless, sustained bullying by classmates - and that teachers completely failed to protect her.

The newly released footage captures the final sequence of events inside the classroom just moments before the tragedy. According to her family, the video initially shows the young girl entering the room normally, greeting a classmate and even participating in a dance activity. However, things then took a sinister turn.

The parents claim the footage shows their daughter being repeatedly targeted by other students. Visibly distressed, the little girl approaches a teacher before exiting the classroom for the final time, according to HT.

The family have slammed both the school and local authorities, claiming their desperate pleas for help were ignored. They allege that the school failed to intervene or protect the child, despite visible signs of distress and that the police botched the initial investigation under the heavy influence of the school's management. They claim key evidence regarding what actually happened inside that classroom was ignored.

The Rajasthan Police recently filed a chargesheet in court, nearly eight months after the incident. However, the family are demanding an impartial investigation and is calling for severe action under the Juvenile Justice Act, as well as formal abetment charges against those responsible.

The tragedy has sparked furious outrage in India, with child safety campaigners demanding an immediate overhaul of private school regulations. Arvind Agrawal, state president of the Sanyukt Abhibhavak Sangh parent association, said the case highlights a shocking lack of accountability in schools. He has demanded strict enforcement of child safety norms and a full crackdown on negligence.

The organisation's spokesperson, Abhishek Jain, added that the case exposed dangerous gaps in child protection, warning that all schools must urgently implement measures, including strict anti-bullying policies, fully-qualified councillors, comprehensive CCTV surveillance and effective grievance systems to prevent future tragedies.
