When Greg Norman bought an 8.3-acre estate on Florida’s Jupiter Island in 1991, the property already offered something difficult to find: privacy, direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, and enough space for boats, guests and family life. Over the next three decades, however, the golf champion and his wife, Kirsten “Kiki” Norman, transformed the estate into a sprawling compound known as Tranquility. They rebuilt several of its key structures and extensively renovated the rest. According to reports from the Los Angeles Times, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and Yahoo Sports, the property was eventually sold for about $55.1 million in 2021, which was far above Norman’s original $4.9 million purchase price.
