In this edition of The World This Week:  The UN has this week, for the first time, declared a state of famine in Gaza. The organisation says it's "engineered" and "manmade".

It's the Wild West in the United States as Donald Trump says "You're Fired" over and over again. Federal Reserve Governor, Lisa Cook and Trump's very own hire, Public Health Director Susan Monarez are this week's big casualties.

Civilian casualties continue to climb in Ukraine where 23 people were killed by Russian strikes this Thursday in Kyiv, including several children. Donald Trump says he is prepared to impose more economic sanctions on Moscow if Vladimir Putin doesn't agree a ceasefire.
