Entrepreneur lists Aston Martin-designed home for $19.5m

The Toronto-based founder of Sweat and Tonic’s Hudson Valley home is one of only two standalone houses in the world designed by Aston Martin and its partners.Pic credit: Zillow/ OneKey MLS Ingram bought the property in 2020, when the house existed only as renderings. He reworked the design, upgrading and expanding the original plans. It took him about five years to build the house.
