Donald Trump has sparked a fresh wave of health concerns during the UFC Freedom 250 event over the weekend. A clip went viral of the US President, who celebrated his 80th birthday on Sunday, standing on the balcony alongside UFC chief executive Dana White.

In the footage, Mr Trump's hand appeared "discoloured" according to eagle-eyed viewers, and there appeared to be a mark on his face. Commentator Aaron Rupar wrote on X: "Trump, his hand visibly discolored, looks every bit of 80 as he poses with Dana White."

"Now you know why he salutes rather than placing his hand on where his heart is supposed to be", another person wrote, suggesting he was doing so to conceal his bruised hand.

A third claimed to spot something unusual about Mr Trump's face, adding, "Is that a bruise and a bump on his cheek?"

Yet another wrote: "This guy looks not only terrible. He looks angry and confused it's not going as planned."

Last month, Mr Trump's physician Dr Sean Barbabella stated in a medical report that the US President underwent a CT scan and heart imaging, cancer screenings, and other preventative evaluations conducted by 22 specialists.

Following this, Mr Trump declared that during his three-hour visit, everything checked out "PERFECTLY" for him.

According to his most recent medical examination, he weighed 238lbs (107kg), representing a 14lb (6kg) increase from his April 2025 medical assessment.

Mr Trump's physicians recommended he adopt a diet and increase physical activity, but said his "cognitive and physical performance are excellent."
