US President Donald Trump has issued an urgent health update to his supporters, but some have been left confused. Mr Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social to announce he'd finished a physical exam lasting six months, concluding that "everything checked out perfectly".

He wrote: "Just finished my 6 month physical at Walter Reed Military Medical Center. Everything checked out PERFECTLY. Thank you to the great Doctors and Staff! Heading back to the White House. President DJT." The physical was described by the White House as an annual preventative medical and dental checkup.
