. In a social media post on Thursday, Trump accused Harris of "rambling incoherently" during her sit-down with CNN anchor Dana Bash, and questioned her leadership abilities by stating, "She didn’t look like a leader.

Trump’s critique centered on Harris's claim that her "values haven’t changed," which he sarcastically agreed with while accusing her of maintaining policies that he argues would lead America to a "WASTELAND." His comments were sparked by a preview clip of the interview, where Harris addressed her shifting positions on key issues such as Medicare for All, the Green New Deal, and hydraulic fracturing.

In the interview, Harris defended her evolving policy perspectives by asserting that her core values remain unchanged. "I think the most important and most significant aspect of my policy perspective and decisions is my values have not changed," she said, reiterating her commitment to addressing climate change through initiatives like the Green New Deal.
Harris's media appearance came 39 days after President Joe Biden announced he would not seek re-election in 2024.
